Potteries athlete boosted by backing

A pottery firm is backing a Stoke-On-Trent athlete in his bid for Olympic glory.

Middleport based Steelite are supporting Nick Gayle from Sneyd Green, who is aiming to qualify for London 2012 in the 110 metres hurdles.

The trials are taking place in Birmingham in less than three weeks time.
