Mobile Children's Centre launched by Cheshire East Council

A mobile Children's Centre has been introduced by Cheshire East Council.

It is part of plans to change how some services are delivered, which were approved by the authority last year.

Bosses say that it will run alongside existing facilities, rather than replace them, and is aimed at providing an additional way to access services in rural areas.

The vehicle will now tour the area in series of roadshows to allow parents and children to 'road test' the facility, and get their feedback on where it should visit in future.
