Man killed in Cannock crash named

Police have named a man who died in a six vehicle crash in Cannock.

33-year-old Neil Horbury from Shifnal was seriously injured when four cars, a van and a heavy goods vehicle were involved in a collision on Lodge Lane at around 6.50pm last Wednesday (22 November).

He sadly passed away in hospital.

Police say his family is being supported by specially trained officers, and have asked that their privacy is respected at this "very tragic and difficult time".

Officers from Staffordshire Police's Collision Investigation Unit are appealing to hear from any witnesses or drivers with any dash cam footage of the incident. They are asked to call 101 or email ciu@staffordshire.pnn.police.uk.
