Man charged with drug offences after Macclesfield operation

A man has been charged in relation to the supply of Class A drugs in the Macclesfield area.

A 44-year-old man was arrested by officers from the Cheshire Police Task Force during a pre-planned operation yesterday (17 May).

He has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (Heroin & Cocaine) and two counts of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs (Heroin & Cocaine).

He has been remanded in custody and is set to appear before magistrates in Crewe today (18 May).
