A man has been charged following an assault at a pub in Stoke-on-Trent.
Officers were called to the Terrace Inn on Leek Road on Saturday night (4 January), to a report that two people were assaulted and garden furniture thrown.
A 24-year-old man has been charged with criminal damage and using threatening behaviour with intent to cause fear and provoke unlawful violence.
He has been granted conditional bail until appearing at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre on 21 January.
A second man, arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and assault, has been released with no further action.
