Four youngsters arrested in the Moorlands in anti-social behaviour crackdown

Four young people have been arrested by police in the Moorlands.

The quartet were in breach of a section 35 notice that was put in place in Werrington in a bid to stamp out anti-social behaviour.

Officers have also issued over 30 notices to youngsters aged between 12 and 17 urging them to stay away from the area.

Alcohol was also seized from some of the groups.

Also, whilst officers were patrolling a section 59 was issued to a motor vehicle which was seen to be causing Anti-social behaviour.

A police spokesperson said: "We will continue to patrol the area and take positive action against those causing issue."
