Former Crewe Alexandra youth coach Barry Bennell is appealing against his prison sentence for sexual offences.
The 64-year-old was convicted of 43 charges following a trial at Liverpool Crown Court in February, and admitted seven others beforehand.
The victims were 12 boys aged between eight and 15-years-old at the time of the abuse, which was carried out between 1979 and 1991.
He was sentenced to 30 years behind bars.
Bennell has now launched an appeal against the sentence.
His case will be heard at the Court of Appeal next Wednesday (20 June).
