Stoke City boss Michael O'Neill and Crewe manager Dave Artell have missed out on the Manager of the Month awards for January.
The pair were both nominated after an excellent run of form by both sides.
The Potters boss led his side to three league wins, one draw and one defeat in the first month of 2020.
January got off to the best possible start with a resounding 5-2 victory at Huddersfield Town.
But the honour went to Nottingham Forest's Sabri Lamouchi, whose team went unbeaten in the month with three wins and two draws.
In League Two, the Alex picked up 11 out of a possible 15 points which saw Dave Artell nominated for the third time.
But the accolade went to Plymouth's Ryan Lowe, whose side picked up 13 points from six games.
