Paul Hart has joined the coaching staff at Stoke City as Assistant Manager.
The 65-year-old, spent 18 months as No.2 to new Potters boss Nathan Jones at his previous club Luton Town.
He brings a wealth of managerial and coaching experience to his new role having had spells in charge of Nottingham Forest and Portsmouth.
During his playing career as a centre half, he spent five years at Leeds United, Stoke’s opponents on Saturday, where made 191 appearances scoring 16 goals during his time at Elland Road between 1978 and 83.
Hart will link-up with Jones and meet the playing squad tomorrow (Friday) as they continue to prepare for Saturday’s home game with Leeds.
The club say the game is getting close to a sell out with 28,000 tickets already sold.
