Stoke City have confirmed that Bojan has left the Potters after five years with the club.
A statement released by Stoke City says:
"Stoke City can confirm that Bojan has left the Club by mutual consent.
"The Spaniard joined the Potters in the summer of 2014 after leaving his boyhood club Barcelona and went on to make 85 league and cup appearances, scoring 16 goals.
"A serious knee injury sustained in January 2015 disrupted his progress and in recent seasons he has been out on loan with Mainz in Germany and Alaves in his native country.
"The Club would like to take this opportunity to thank Bojan for his efforts over the past five years and wish him every success for the future."
