Competition Rules - Win a Drive Experience at Goodwood Motor Circuit
1) Details of the Competition – Signal 1 and Signal 2
1.1 To enter the competition an entrant must
Visit our street team at our listed events with the Knights BMW and MINI car and fill in their details on the data capture forms either on the ipads or on paper copy.
1.2 An entrant must find the street team at a listed location only.
1.3 These locations may be subject to change
1.4 Entrants must be aged 25 or over for the Drive experience
1.5 Entrants must live within the transmission area of Signal 1
2) Win A Driving Experience at Goodwood Motor Curcuit
2.1 Everyone over 25 years of age who enters the competition during the full campaign dates will be entered into draw for the chance to win a BMW experience at Goodwood Motor Curcuit
4.2 This prize is supplied by KNIGHTS BMW and Knights MINI and not Signal Radio. Prize does not include
travel to and from the venue and winners will be expected to make their own
way to the racetrack.
4.3 The Prize- with one to one professional tuition throughout, take to the
iconic and historic Motor Circuit and drive three high speed, high performance cars. Experience concludes with a high octane passenger ride.

Performance Track is available throughout the year. Goodwood Motor Circuit is an historic and legendary destination and is therefore in high demand, with limited availability. We recommend booking this product well in advance.
PASSENGERS & SPECTATORS
Due to the nature of the driving experience passengers are not allowed. Spectators are free.

4.4 Entrants Minimum age is 25 years old

4.8 We require to take a copy of their UK driving licence for inspection which cannot
have more than 6 points on

5) Full Terms and Conditions- Knights BMW and Knights MINI
The winner will be selected from all entries at random and the winner will receive one prize. Redemption of the BMW vehicle will be required on a specific date to be confirmed by Knights BMW.
Knights BMW does not guarantee that the winner’s preference model can be met. Knights will decide which model will be delivered to the winner. This decision will be final. Should Knights deem the loan car to have been mistreated in any way the loan of the car will be null and void, and the competition prize arrangement will be terminated with immediate effect. The vehicle can only be used for journeys within mainland United Kingdom.
The winner must have held a valid UK driving license for a minimum of 5 years with no serious convictions and no more than 6 points on the license, and must provide the driving license when collecting the vehicle.
The winner may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this draw without entitlement to any financial reward.
To claim this prize the driver of the vehicle must be over 25 and hold a full UK driving licence. The owner gives no warranty of any kind as to the quality, performance of the vehicle for any special purpose for which it may be used by the hirer (being a purpose not normally associated with the vehicle) unless the same be notified to, and approved by the owner in writing prior to the contract being made. The hirer will not hold the owner in anyway liable for any consequences of any failure of, or accident to the vehicle (or its accessories) during the period of hire, provided that such failure arises from matters outside the control of the owner.
The hirer will in no circumstances without previous sanction of the owner in writing use or detain the vehicle after the termination of the stated hiring period, but will return the vehicle to the premises of the owner by the expiration of said hiring period. The Hire period will begin at 12 noon on the stated Monday and end at 4pm the following Sunday (7 days in total). The hirer will ensure that during the hiring period the vehicle is used only in a proper and lawful manner and with due care, and is not over loaded, over driven, insufficiently lubricated or otherwise caused to suffer more than fair wear and tear. The hirer will be responsible for to the owner for the cost of making good any damage to the vehicle incurred during the hiring or otherwise.
The hirer will ensure that the vehicle is driven only by him/herself, and will not lend, hire or otherwise permit any other person to possession or control of it.
Acceptance by the owner of the order by the owner will give the hirer no authority whatsoever to create lien on the vehicle for repairs or for any other reason, and the hiring is to terminate immediately if for that purpose the vehicle is returned by the hirer to the premise of the owner.
The hirer acknowledges that during the period of the agreement with the owner, and for the purpose of sections 1.5 and of schedule 1 to the Road Traffic act 1974, he/she shall be liable in respect of any motoring offence which may be committed with respect to the vehicle and when a fixed penalty notice is issued. The hirer also acknowledges that this liability shall extend to any other vehicle let to him/her under the same hiring agreement and to any period by which the original of hiring may be extended.
