The Most SHOCKING Video I have seen in ages

Normally when flicking through Facebook, the videos are of fun happy things...

Sadly this one isn't - but I thought Id share with you, as it is just shocking how some people behave.

Police investigating a hit and run that left a man with catastrophic injuries have released CCTV of the collision as they appeal for the public's help to trace a man.
