Health bosses believe risk has been elimiated

The probable source of the outbreak of Legionnaire's disease in Stoke On Trent has been identified.

Public and environmental health experts from the Health Protection Agency, the NHS in Stoke and Stoke-on-Trent City Council say they believe they can trace it back to a hot tub on display at the JTF mega discount warehouse in Fenton.

They say the product was closed and drained last Tuesday, before it was identifed.

One patient died on Saturday.

7 people have now been discharged from hospital.
