Hamilton bags a play-off place

Andy Hamilton clinched a play-off spot in the Premier League.

He thrashed Kevin Painter 8-1 to finish third in the league table.

But there was bad news for another Stoke player Adrian Lewis.

He was beaten 8-6 by Simon Whitlock and slipped to sixth in the table.

Elsewhere Phil Taylor won the league by eight points after drawing 7-7 with last year's winner Gary Anderson who finished bottom.

The finals night takes place at the O2 in London on May 17th.
