Firm fined for fly posting

A Stafford business has been fined a thousand pounds for fly posting.

A court was told, Stafford Carpets and Flooring Limited had ignored a request to remove advertising from the highway.

They had placed large banners and posters advertising the business out their premises on the town's Astonfields Industrial estate.

The company were also ordered to pay costs.
