
Staffordshire and Cheshire farmers concerned over impact of further reductions
Farmers from across Staffordshire and Cheshire are heading to Westminister to lobby against further cuts to the price they're paid for milk.
Three major processors announced a price reduction of between 1.65p to 2p per litre from August 1st, on top of price cuts announced earlier in the year in the processing industry.
The national rally also co-incides with an emergency dairy summit.
