Offenders crime proceeds confiscated
Criminals have been forced to pay back nearly £4million across Staffordshire and Cheshire in the past 12 months.
Both forces successfully applied for more than 250 confiscation orders.
One of the most significant cases saw Stafford fraudster Paul Cope having to pay back more than £400,000.
He was jailed for five years and four months for his role in a £25million fraud.
More than £640,000 recovered by Cheshire police has been paid to victims of crime as compensation.
