Crewe finish on high

Crewe Alex rounded off their pre-season campaign with a 1-0 win over Championship side Barnsley.

Defender Adam Dugdale scored the only goal of the game.


The result means the Alex ended pre-season unbeaten.

The Railwaymen play host to Hartlepool on Saturday in the League Cup.
