Football League now need to finalise deal
The takeover of Port Vale has moved another step closer.
Over 90% of creditors have approved the takeover, and 87% were in favour of the CVA.
It's hoped a deal for Keith Ryder to takeover the club will be approved by the football league by the end of June.
