A clean up operation is taking place on a Tunstall housing estate.
A number of partner agencies have blitzed the Hoskins estate, that has higher than average crime and anti-social behaviour.
The council's cleansing team were out in force, along with the environmental crime unit, who were cracking down on dog fouling and fly-tipping.
Skips were put out for residents while street pastors were on patrol.
